About This Vacancy
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving cross-functional projects within the automotive sector. You will lead teams through all stages of development, from concept to industrialization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to launch, ensuring technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Manage risks, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Experience Within Any Below Is Desirable
- A degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related field.
- Two to five years of experience in project management within automotive product development in Sweden.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and development processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
