Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders mainly with marketing team to successfully deliver procurement solutions benefiting the marketing stakeholders
• Identify, drive and realize cost reduction potentials/measures in the area of responsibility,
• Preparation and implementation of material group - and supplier strategy with respective stakeholders
• Lead the end to end sourcing process, including developing RFQ’s, supplier bid evaluations, negotiations and supplier relationship management
• Draft Contracts and Service Level Agreements and maintain the Contracts database, providing support and expertise, where required
• Manage the supplier relationship management within category of responsibility including supplier development, integration and supplier performance evaluation

Qualifications

• Commercial and/or technical university degree; MBA is an asset
• Minimum 2-3 year experiences in purchasing, especially category management
• Experience in indirect purchasing especially in marketing business procurement such as travel, fuel, people transportation, trainings, market research, printing materials, giveaways etc
• Fluent level of English is a must, knowledge of German is an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP Purchasing Modules
• No restrictions to travel
