Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan and execute detailed project schedules and work programs.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress, monitor milestones, and identify risks or potential delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and reports.

Site Management & Supervision

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality compliance.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company standards on all projects.

Procurement & Cost Control

• Assist in material selection and procurement process.
• Track and manage material deliveries and site usage.
• Support cost control efforts to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, approvals, and timely delivery.

Quality Assurance & Handover

• Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations and company quality standards.
• Participate in inspections and ensure snag lists are completed.
• Support final handover process with complete project documentation.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain clear communication between office, site, and client teams.
• Report project status, issues, and progress updates to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the UAE in a similar role (Project Coordinator / Project Engineer) within fit-out or interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and interior finishing processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Employment Details

• Probation: 6 months (as per UAE Labor Law)
• Visa & Health Insurance: Provided by the company
• Annual Leave: As per UAE Labor Law
• Relocation: May be required to travel across the UAE for project supervision
