Brand Designer – Freelance

Join a dynamic startup launching a Nordic-inspired skincare line focused on natural ingredients, scientific integrity, and minimalist beauty. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about crafting visual identities that embody purity, sophistication, and calm. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand’s presence from the ground up, ensuring every visual element—from logo to packaging—reflects the essence of Scandinavian minimalism. The project is fully remote, with collaboration alongside a Singapore-based team, and offers the opportunity to influence a brand at its inception.

Deliverables

• Develop a cohesive brand identity, including logo, color palette, and font selection
• Design packaging concepts that communicate purity, nature, and minimalist aesthetics
• Create straightforward visual assets for Shopify and digital platforms
• Produce basic brand guidelines for consistent online and offline use
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from the core team
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand identity and packaging design, preferably within beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, sophisticated, and minimalist design sensibilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools
• Ability to translate brand values into compelling visual narratives
• Understanding of packaging production processes and digital asset requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely across time zones
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently
