UIUX Developer

Position Summary We are seeking a talented UIUX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design with proven experience in developing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex applications Expertise in modern design tools and frameworks as well as a deep understanding of user entered design principles is highly desirable

This role involves close collaboration with product managers developers and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences The UIUX Developer will drive the implementation of user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility ensuring alignment with the products compliance requirements and overall business goals


Key Responsibilities

Design and Planning Create and refine user interface designs wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements and compliance standards Ensure designs are scalable accessible and user-friendly

User Research Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve user experience

Collaboration and Communication Work closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to the team and executives

Implementation Develop and implement high-quality UI components using modern design tools and frameworks Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across the product

Problem Solving Identify and address UX issues and challenges Recommend and implement solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction

Documentation Document design processes decisions and guidelines Provide comprehensive design specifications and assets to the development team


Skills and Qualifications

Experience in UI design and development with a strong architectural knowledge on React framework showcasing successful projects particularly in the financial services or compliance domains

Development Tools and Technologies

Experience with frontend development technologies including HTML CSS TypeScript JavaScript and frameworks like React

Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles

Leveraging design from Figma Sketch Adobe XD and InVision

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000 / year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
