POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective)
Coordinate & further marketing objectives in the domain of Social Media Platforms as relevant to Brand & Business.
Strong Focus on “Beating the Platforms Algorithm” using Organic Techniques – SEO based content, Keywords, Alt Text, #s and other Best Practices plus
Role will also require coordination within B&M and with Product/Design, B2C & Markets Teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media Calendar Structure in alignment with Master Campaign Calendar & Brand Objectives
- Communication & Content Rollout as per Social Media platforms targeted in alignment with Campaign/Brand Pillar Strategy
- Adherence to timelines for content rollout including scheduling
- Research, plan and rollout out content curated for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and LinkedIn with long-term success objectives
- Analyze the impact of a social media campaign w.r.t pre-defined KPIs
- Track results, analyze statistics and keep an eye out for new online marketing opportunities
- Strong Coordination with In-House Copy and Creative Team
- Ensure timely/accurate performance analysis and reporting of specific campaigns & initiatives
- Platform specific engagement, campaigns, contests & promotions
- To be able to build a strong relationship within the department and for this; be flexible, preserve confidentiality and work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
Years of Experience:
3-4 Yrs. Exp. in the area of Social Media and SEO Management
Education:
MBA in Marketing plus Certification/ Diploma in Social Media/Digital Marketing Courses/SEO and Social Media Platform Knowledge
KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS:
- Social Media Marketing – showcase knowledge of Best Practices that consistently overcome respective platforms algorithmic limitations
- Content Creation& Development for successful Social Media Campaigns
- Content Performance & Measurement
- Basic business knowledge on CPG categories
- Digital Media Planning
