Multimedia Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Video & Motion Graphics

• Video Editor: Edit high-impact videos and multimedia content specifically for the website, performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, Whatsapp), and third-party marketplaces.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging 2D animations, motion elements, and kinetic typography to elevate website and ad campaigns.
• Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with digital and video trends to keep video content fresh, innovative, and optimized for high conversions.

UI/UX & Digital Design

• UI/UX Design: Create user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive interface designs tailored for the Shopify e-commerce platform to optimize user journeys, digital experiences, and online conversions.
• Digital & Web Layouts: Develop creative concepts and graphic layouts for e-commerce website banners, landing pages, and ad campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic, video, and UI outputs strictly align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all digital channels.

Collaboration & Execution

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets.
• Timeline Management: Participate in creative briefings, manage multiple timelines simultaneously, and ensure all digital deliverables are completed on time.

Required Software & Skills:

Experience of 5-6 years in below skills.

• Software Proficiency: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); familiarity with Figma/Canva is a plus.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and digital visual hierarchy.
• Execution & Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
