What We Need

As the Senior Product Owner for Reconciliation and Reporting, you will lead the development of backend reporting tools that enhance merchant satisfaction and trust.

We're on the lookout for a proactive professional with deep knowledge of payment systems, data infrastructure, and reporting technologies. You should have at least five years of experience working with schemes (Visa, Mastercard) or acquirer transaction data and building reconciliation, billing, and reporting products for payment acquirers.

Your Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear strategy for our reporting tools, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive Execution: Oversee the development and delivery of backend reporting solutions (internal business processes and customer facing requirements).
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, analytics, design, and other teams to create scalable and user-friendly reporting tools.
• Inspire Teams: Build strong relationships, motivate cross-functional teams, and advocate for best practices in reporting and technology.
• Understand Customer Needs: Ensure our reporting solutions address diverse customer requirements and improve user experiences.
• Measure Success: Define, track, and analyze performance metrics to guide improvements and strategy.
• Mentor Others: Support junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Incident Management: Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve data issues and ensure consistent, accurate reporting.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in reconciliation, billing, and reporting product development.
• Strong understanding of technical systems, data infrastructure, and reporting tools.
• Payment industry experience preferred.
• Independent, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Great communication skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
