Role: Business Analyst
Location: Zurich, Switzerland(Onsite 3days/Week)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or BFSI domains.
- Strong understanding of financial products — Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Portfolio Management.
- Familiarity with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC/AML, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of API-based integration, workflow systems, or RPA in financial operations is a plus.
- Exposure to Wealth Platforms such as Temenos, Avaloq, Finacle Wealth, TCS BaNCS, or InvestCloud will be advantageous.
