Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance Domain

Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements within the finance domain.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood.
• Coordinate and support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or finance-related projects.
• Proven track record of creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Work Model:

• Onsite in Zurich – 5 days per week (mandatory)
