Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements within the finance domain.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood.
- Coordinate and support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements and recommend best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or finance-related projects.
- Proven track record of creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience supporting UAT cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Work Model:
- Onsite in Zurich β 5 days per week (mandatory)
