Asset Manager

We are looking for a freelance Asset Manager assignment for one of our clients in the mobility and industrial sector.

They’re looking for an experienced professional to:

• Analyze and optimize maintenance and asset performance data (costs, reliability, availability, etc.)
• Develop and monitor Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models
• Support the implementation of data-driven maintenance and investment strategies
• Collaborate with business and data teams to automate reporting (e.g. Power BI)

Key requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, management, or finance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management, data analytics, or operational reporting
• Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, SAP, and Power BI
• Good command of both local languages (Dutch and French).

Location: Brussels (with flexibility)

Start date: November 2025

Duration: ~1 year (possible extension)
