We are looking for a freelance Asset Manager assignment for one of our clients in the mobility and industrial sector.
They’re looking for an experienced professional to:
- Analyze and optimize maintenance and asset performance data (costs, reliability, availability, etc.)
- Develop and monitor Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models
- Support the implementation of data-driven maintenance and investment strategies
- Collaborate with business and data teams to automate reporting (e.g. Power BI)
Key requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, management, or finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management, data analytics, or operational reporting
- Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Good command of both local languages (Dutch and French).
Location: Brussels (with flexibility)
Start date: November 2025
Duration: ~1 year (possible extension)
