We are looking for a Business Analyst for a hybrid project based in Lisbon or Porto.


Scope: Part of Transversal Assets and ITTF organization, Referential are "reference data" shared across the group to ensure a common view of data attributes and the usage of common nomenclatures all over the Group . The Referential team offers Finance, Risk and HR “Master Data” solutions across the group, covering structures, nomenclature and dictionary solutions. Data Quality is the key driver of the team to ensure trustful usage of the data within our systems.


Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience as a Data Administrator, Business Analyst or a similar role.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Systems.
  • Professional experience in Referential administration (data management, SQL database…).
  • Strong knowledge of information systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Availability and customer orientation skills.
  • Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to the detail.
  • Ability to report.
  • Good level of English (B2).
  • French is nice to have.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management).
  • Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities.
  • Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues.
  • Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers.
  • Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers.
  • Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting.
  • Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
  • Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
  • Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
  • Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers.
