Junior Java Dev – IoT Platform – up to EUR 55K – Rotterdam / Hybrid

My client has built and is continuing to scale a successful IoT platform for water management. The platform provides an infrastructure to digitize the entire water distribution network, allowing water companies to collect real-time data from any point in the network. The goal is to create an advanced and holistic digital twin for their clients.

In this role, you will be working on mission-critical systems that handle real-time device communication, data security, and large-scale network monitoring. You’ll collaborate with a talented team to build seamless and efficient software & infrastructure solutions. If you’re passionate about backend development, DevOps, distributed systems, and IoT, this is your opportunity to grow and make a tangible difference in a field that socially is very relevant.

As a Junior Java specialist, you are interested in a traineeship which starts with an IT support project for a few months. In parallel you will embrace quality assurance responsibilities. In this way you will quickly get familiar with the complex systems. After this onboarding period, you will transition into a junior java software engineer role.

You bring:
