The Role
We are looking for a SaaS Sales Specialist who is passionate about startups, technology, and business growth.
You will play a key role in expanding our presence in English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.), managing the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing deals.
This role requires entrepreneurial energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to work independently while acting as part of a high-performance global team.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns
- Present product demos and manage the end-to-end sales process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, partners, and clients
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM data and report sales performance
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (C1–C2 level) — both written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or AI tech environment
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple markets and time zones
