🔹 Position: Senior Project Lead
🔹 Location: Doha (Qatar)
🔹 Entity: DBS/SGP/Programs
🔹 Reports to: Lead, DBS Programs
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple medium-to-high complexity IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Drive delivery on time, within scope and budget, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and project resources with strong coordination and communication.
- Support PMO governance and continuously enhance project management practices within DBS.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver impactful digital solutions for operational excellence.
💡 Requirement
- Bachelor’s in Technology (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 8+ years in IT, including 3+ years in project leadership.
- Experience in Oil & Gas (minimum 5 years).
- Proven project management and vendor management expertise.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
