Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will be managing teams, and making sure projects run smoothly. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do:

• Own projects end-to-end — from kickoff to delivery — ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams (tech, design, research, content, ops) to bring complex projects to life.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors, managing expectations and making sure everyone’s aligned.
• Use tools like Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, or dashboards to track progress and share updates.
• Solve roadblocks quickly and efficiently — using your skills in planning, analysis, and coordination.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources — making sure your projects run as smoothly as possible.
• Present performance reports, identify learnings, and improve how future projects are run.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of project management ,Software Development experience in analytics, market research, or tech services.
• Project Manager with hands-on experience in Agile, PMP, and Six Sigma methodologies, skilled in driving end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor management and leadership skills.
• Experience working with vendors, managing deliverables, and navigating complex timelines.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools
