Title: Senior Java Developer

Employment Type : FTE

Location: London, UK

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend applications using Java (21/24) and Spring Framework.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with various enterprise systems.
• Apply strong understanding of unit testing and automation testing principles to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end banking solutions.
• Implement and optimize solutions leveraging AWS cloud services.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security compliance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven hands-on expertise in:
• Java 21/24
• Spring / Spring Boot
• REST Controllers / API development
• Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
• Automation Testing tools and frameworks
• AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Strong background in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to client-driven priorities.
