Freelance Developer

For one of our global clients, we are searching for a team of 4 Software Developers to build a new portal for customs & trade declarations.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Design and develop scalable microservices using .NET 8+.
• Build modular frontends using Angular 18 and microfrontend architecture.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to infrastructure setup using infra-as-code tools.
• Integrate Kafka for event-driven communication where applicable.
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning.
• Support future rollout and localization across European countries.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience with .NET 8+ and microservice architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Angular 18 and micro frontend design.
• Familiarity with infra-as-code tools is a plus.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems is a plus.
• Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Fluent in English.

Contract Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Antwerp (Hybrid Model)
• Hours per week: 40
• Duration: 6-month contract (Opportunity to extend)
