Looking for a service provider to provide IT support. The main task is to ensure the whole company’s IT stack runs smoothly. To monitor and maintain the company’s computer systems, installing, and configuring software, and solving technical issues as they arise.

Objectives

  • Increase security of the IT setup throughout the organisation
  • Optimise the efficiency of the IT setup throughout the organisation
  • Implement best practices throughout the organisation


Deliverables

  • Provide technical IT support when needed
  • Audit & optimise the security setup
  • Perform IT administrative work when needed
