Scrum Master

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our client's Agile delivery organisation and support several high-impact, long-term digital initiatives. You'll work across multiple product teams delivering critical business solutions, helping to foster an Agile culture while ensuring effective collaboration between development teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership. This role also offers a unique growth path towards a Release Train Engineer position within a large-scale Agile environment.

Your Role

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling successful Agile delivery across multiple teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and supporting Scrum teams to adopt and continuously improve Agile practices and principles.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
• Working within a hybrid delivery environment where Agile methodologies coexist with established governance and project management frameworks.
• Supporting teams operating in a scaled Agile setting, contributing to planning, coordination, and cross-team alignment activities.
• Identifying and removing impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business representatives to ensure successful programme execution.
• Contributing to the long-term evolution of the Agile organisation, with the opportunity to progress into a Release Train Engineer role.
  
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a senior Agile professional who combines strong methodological expertise with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset. You bring:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile coaching practices.
• Experience working alongside traditional project governance frameworks and adapting Agile practices to organisational realities.
• Familiarity with scaled Agile approaches such as SAFe, with the ambition to further develop within large-scale Agile delivery.
• The ability to coach teams and stakeholders while preserving Agile values and promoting continuous improvement.
