What will you do?

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for business teams, IT, and all stakeholders.
• Communication & Reporting: Organize project meetings and provide clear updates on scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and risks.
• Project Initiation: Support the creation of business cases and ensure validation by all stakeholders.
• Execution & Delivery: Monitor scope, time, budget, and quality while ensuring a smooth transition to operational teams.
• Agile Approach: Collaborate with Scrum Masters and track progress in Jira.
• Process Improvement: Ensure proper process application and take initiative to optimize workflows.
• Budget & Team Coordination: Manage project budgets and foster collaboration within project teams.

What do you bring?

• Proven experience managing projects in a business-IT context.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and methodically.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira.
• Language skills: Dutch, English, and French.
