Job Description

As a Data Analytics Translator, you will be responsible of supporting the business and other stakeholders in their data-driven objectives. This means to support the business to create value based on a driven data and analytics initiatives. The D&A translator will also work with C-level executives/board of directors to support their data driven vision, strategy and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

The D&A translator needs to have a good understanding of the concepts, methods and techniques used:

• Facilitate ideation and prototyping sessions with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for data and AI.
• Translate business challenges into actionable data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with D&A teams, IT staff, and business domain experts to co-create innovative solutions.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through data and AI.
• Support the implementation of data governance practices and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Leverage tools such as Power BI, Dataiku, Snowflake, and Collibra to support solution development and delivery.

Your Profile

• A master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analytics Translator.
• Technical knowledge : Python & SQL, Snowflake, Dataiku, Collibra, Power BI, OpenAI GPT models.
• Understanding of basic SCRUM/Agile techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Creative thinking skills, teamwork and collaboration, relationship management and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to manage stress and interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
