Skeleton's Advanced Engineering Department is looking for a driven and experienced
Senior Software Engineer (m/f/x) for the Grid products (cabinets, systems).
Your responsibility areas:
- PLC programming and testing of grid products.
- Design SW platform and architecture development.
- Work as a subject matter expert in customer projects.
- Contribute to the company's technology and product roadmap development.
- Work with research projects.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute SW development process and tool development.
- Proven experience in PLC programming, configuration, and testing, preferably in grid, energy, or industrial automation systems.
- Strong software architecture and platform design skills, with the ability to define scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership in customer-focused projects.
- Experience contributing to technology and product roadmap development, aligning engineering work with long-term business goals.
- Interest and experience in participating in applied research or innovation projects.
- Ability to support, guide, and mentor junior engineers to help them develop their technical capabilities.
- Familiarity with software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle tools, and readiness to contribute to process improvement
