We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to be part of our Global Operations and Automation (GO&A) team, delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving transformational change. As part of a truly global team, you’ll work on exciting initiatives that shape scalable and intelligent automation technologies to support key markets worldwide.

Location: Cracow, Poland

The role is open in hybrid model and candidates are expected to come to the office once a week.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

Create high-quality, cohesive designs aligned with project goals and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define UI requirements.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices for consistency across platforms and products.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance processes and deliver innovative solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Work in an agile, cross-functional team on innovative products and initiatives.
Collaborate iteratively on design for fast-paced code delivery.
Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment across products and design communities.
Ensure design consistency and adherence to digital design guidelines across applications.
Support engineering teams with designs that scale seamlessly across platforms.

🛠️ Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
Expertise in design thinking, user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
Experience conducting UX design workshops with product owners and developers.
Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and component-based design.
Familiarity with UX development and accessibility standards.
Ability to support development teams with design implementation.

💡 Nice to Have:

Experience in banking, retail, or digital transformation projects.
Understanding of CSS and responsive design implementation.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence/JIRA).
