HR Generalist (m/w/d)
Was Sie erwartet
- Betreuung und Beratung von Fach- und Führungskräften in strategischen und arbeitsrechtlichen HR-Themen
- Steuerung und Begleitung von Recruiting-Maßnahmen sowie Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Nachfolgeplanung mit entsprechenden Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen wie etwa Performance Management, Gehaltsüberprüfungen und Talent Management
- Erstellung und Analyse von HR Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
- Begleitung von Organisationsveränderungen und Change Management Prozessen unter Einbezug von unternehmerischen Zielen und der globalen HR Strategie
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern in relevanten HR-Themen (Zeiterfassung, Entgeltabrechnung) und ggfs. Weiterleitung der Themen an Experten
- Vertrags- und Bescheinigungswesen
- Umsetzung von HR-Initiativen
- Erste Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbarem Fokus
- Sehr gute arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit HR Systemen (Workday, SAP R/3)
- Begeisterung für die Arbeit im Personalwesen und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
- Lösungsorientiertes Mindset, Teamplayer und starke Eigeninitiative
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
