Job Title: Application Developer (Power Platform)

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)

SRG is partnering with a major organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, and we’re looking to hire three experienced Application Developers with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals who enjoy technical leadership, solution design, and building enterprise-grade applications.

In this role, you will take ownership of the architecture, design, and end-to-end development of Power Platform solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, best practices, and high-quality engineering standards. You will be responsible for designing secure and scalable Dataverse environments, building Model-Driven Apps, creating advanced Power Automate workflows, and ensuring smooth deployment through robust DevOps practices.

You’ll act as a technical mentor within the team, conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and guide the team in delivering well-structured, maintainable solutions. Working in an Agile DevSecOps environment, you’ll also collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure consistent and scalable system design across the wider organisation.
