Senior DevOps Engineer

Join a high-performing DevOps team building a fully automated private cloud platform. This senior role suits engineers who can code, automate, and bridge development with infrastructure, bringing real software engineering principles into a complex on-prem environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Develop infrastructure and configuration as code using Terraform and Ansible
• Modernise on-premise VMware environments using automation
• Lead technical discussions on scalability, observability, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with developers to enhance release velocity and stability

What you bring:

• 5–7 years’ experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
• Strong software development grounding (comfortable writing code in Python, Java, or .NET)
• Proven expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tooling
• Familiarity with both colocation and cloud environments
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities

Fully remote within Ireland

Must hold full working rights (EU citizen or Stamp 1G/4).
