The Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of complex projects to the satisfaction of their clients. You will assist in the definition of the project scope & objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, measure project performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Your duties will include risk management, relationship management, and a lot of client management in this client-facing position. You will ensure budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
• 5+ Years in a Project Management position
• Experience in client-facing roles needed
• Must have a track-record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-over
• Previous exposure to managing teams
• Should understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationships
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
