We’re looking for experienced Backend Developers to join a cross-functional product team building impactful enterprise solutions. You’ll focus on backend development for web applications, working with modern technologies and contributing to meaningful, end-to-end use cases.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing backend components for enterprise web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Designing smart, scalable solutions and breaking them down into MVP iterations.
- Writing well-tested code, covering both happy paths and edge cases.
- Creating realistic mockups and synthetic data for early testing.
- Collaborating with frontend developers, testers, analysts, and DevOps engineers.
- Taking ownership and proactively reaching out for alignment and support.
- Delivering user-centric experiences that improve everyday workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Confluent Kafka, KStreams, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Keycloak
- Familiarity or willingness to engage with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Material-UI, Redux, NGINX, Jira, Confluence
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Excellent communication skills in English
- For Lead Developers: senior-level experience, ability to mentor others, and drive technical decisions
