What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Interactive AI, you will own the end-to-end delivery of core platform features—from low-level infrastructure code to polished user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps to build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions in a high-velocity environment.

  • Design & Develop: Architect, implement, and maintain microservices and frontend components for our AI-agent management platform.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage containerized applications on GCP, AWS, or Azure, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Define and maintain Terraform modules for networking, compute, and storage resources.
  • Data Layer: Build and optimize data ingestion, warehousing, and caching layers using Postgres, ClickHouse, and Redis.
  • Container Orchestration: Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring smooth scaling and rolling updates.
  • APIs & Integrations: Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external clients; integrate with third-party services.
  • Frontend proficiency: Craft responsive, accessible UIs with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Performance & Reliability: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to maintain system health and proactively address issues.
  • Ownership & Collaboration: Take full ownership of features from conception through production; mentor junior engineers and drive best practices.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years professional experience building and deploying full-stack web applications in production.
  • Proficiency with Docker and containers; hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with Redis, ClickHouse, and Postgres (schema design, query optimization).
  • Advanced skills in TypeScript and React; familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
  • Deep understanding of Terraform and IaC best practices.
  • Expertise designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Proven ability to deploy and manage infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
  • Strong communication skills in English; able to articulate technical decisions clearly.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with machine learning infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes operators for model serving).
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance (IAM, VPC, data encryption).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
