Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop software architecture.
- Write clean, scalable, and secure code, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Maintain and optimize websites for performance, security, and usability.
- Develop and customize WordPress solutions, including plugins like WooCommerce and Gravity Forms.
- Integrate third-party APIs and frameworks into existing systems.
- Lead discussions on technical best practices and provide optimal solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects and tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 6–8+ years of professional software development experience.
- 4+ years in full-stack development using Java, .NET/C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- 3+ years in JavaScript development (server-side & client-side).
- Proven track record of web development within an agency setting.
Technical Expertise
- Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Experience with accessibility standards and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with advanced CMS development and plugin customization.
- Knowledge of Google AMP is a plus.
- Additional Tools:
- JavaScript ecosystems, Python, J2EE components, and algorithms.
