About the Role

Java Azure Developer (Java Azure mandatory)

Experience - 8+ years

Job Location: Pune

Notice period: Only Immediate (OR who can join in November)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
• Integrate Java applications with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and design solutions leveraging Azure Cloud platform.
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure using ARM templates, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security in an Azure cloud environment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cloud applications and environments.
• Follow best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost management.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure Cloud developments and Java technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Java application development.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Functions, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, AKS, and others.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with deployment tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (ARM templates, Terraform).
• Good understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration.
