Your responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating superior product knowledge.
  • Create a unique shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome.
  • Build strong relationships with clients as well as creating networks.
  • Be an ambassador of the Harry Winston House at all times.
  • Participate in pre-selling events.
  • Reach and surpass the sales targets.
  • Support the team and be actively involved in the daily running of the Salon (ensuring proper presentation, storing, etc.).
  • Execute day-to-day visual merchandising, maintenance of displays and reporting


Your profile:

  • Strong luxury retail and jewelry and timepiece experience
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for diamonds and precious stones
  • Very high level of intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn and grow
  • Bachelor degree is a plus
  • Graduate Gemologist is a plus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work as a team player
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexible to retail working hours
  • Fluent in German and English


Swiss-German and additional foreign languages are a plus

Activity rate: 100%

Starting date: As soon as possible
