Senior Android Engineer - Fintech

We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer with strong Android experience to drive the next generation of the mobile platform. You’ll design and enhance app features for over a million of users, primarily in Android, while also contributing to new feature development in Flutter. No prior Flutter experience is required, the existing team will help you learn on the job.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Contribute to building new mobile features in Flutter as part of the platform’s evolution.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to integrate secure and efficient APIs.
  • Translate UX and product requirements into intuitive, performant mobile solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, review code, and champion technical quality across the team.
  • Collaborate with QA to maintain reliability and security standards.
  • Identify technical risks early and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with Android technologies and modern development practices.


Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 5–7 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in Android development (Kotlin/Java).
  • Openness or experience working with Flutter/Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns like MVVM or MVP.
  • Experience integrating SDKs, APIs, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency with GitHub, Postman, and CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methods and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in fintech or high-growth startups is advantageous.

The interview process will consist of two rounds, one technical (90 mins) and one cultural (45 mins) and should you be successful an offer will be delivered within 48 hours.
