We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in industrial automation within the pharmaceutical or biotech environment. The project involves the setup of a new production facility, including the implementation of control systems, process equipment, and infrastructure integration. The role requires collaboration with engineering teams, process experts, vendors, and system integrators.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the automation project within a pharmaceutical production environment.
- Oversee engineering works, installations, FAT/SAT activities, and commissioning.
- Manage project schedule, milestones, budget, and risks.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers, system integrators, validation, and quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and all relevant quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager in pharma or biotech.
- Hands-on understanding of industrial automation systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC, DCS, PCS7, DeltaV or similar).
- Experience working on greenfield or facility expansion projects.
- Knowledge of FAT/SAT, qualification, and validation processes.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Very good command of English.
