Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in industrial automation within the pharmaceutical or biotech environment. The project involves the setup of a new production facility, including the implementation of control systems, process equipment, and infrastructure integration. The role requires collaboration with engineering teams, process experts, vendors, and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the automation project within a pharmaceutical production environment.
• Oversee engineering works, installations, FAT/SAT activities, and commissioning.
• Manage project schedule, milestones, budget, and risks.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers, system integrators, validation, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and all relevant quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in pharma or biotech.
• Hands-on understanding of industrial automation systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC, DCS, PCS7, DeltaV or similar).
• Experience working on greenfield or facility expansion projects.
• Knowledge of FAT/SAT, qualification, and validation processes.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Very good command of English.
