Job Purpose:
Lead the implementation, integration, and operational management of airport systems across terminal, airfield, and baggage operations. Ensure seamless, efficient, and technology-driven operations while driving digital transformation and AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Integration: Design and deploy systems for terminal (check-in, boarding), airfield (AODB, RMS), and baggage (BHS, BRS).
- Operational Excellence: Maintain 24/7 system reliability, SOPs, and incident response protocols.
- Digital Transformation: Introduce AI/ML, automation, and predictive analytics for smarter decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, or Aviation Management (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7–10 years in aviation systems; 5+ years in system implementation and integration.
- Industry: Aviation / Airport Operations.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong knowledge of airport systems (CUTE/CUPPS, AODB, RMS, BHS, BRS).
✅ Expertise in AI/ML adoption and digital transformation.
✅ Project management and vendor coordination experience.
✅ Familiarity with IATA/ICAO standards and ITIL frameworks.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
