With over 10 years of experience building scalable tech solutions for companies in North America and Europe, we're a Glassdor 5 stars rated company in the Information Technology and Services industry. The candidate will work supporting our client's Next.js/React/TypeScript ticketing platform, collaborating closely with our backend lead (Java/Spring) and mid-senior frontend developer on customer-facing features. Requirements
- 1-2+ years professional experience with Next.js (App Router, server components, production deployments)
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals
- Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress)
- Proficient with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code review, conflict resolution)
- UI/design sense - can implement designs with attention to detail and understand basic UX principles
- Active user of AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) - should articulate how they use AI to learn and ship faster
- Can read and make simple changes to Java/Spring Boot code
- Self-directed learner who experiments with new tools/patterns
- Understands full-stack fundamentals (API integration, data flow)
- Can explain Next.js-specific architectural decisions and pain points they've solved
- Comfortable working independently with some mentorship from mid-senior frontend dev
