Program Specialist

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering complex, high-impact projects? We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our team and drive customer success across diverse deployments and technologies.

In this role, you’ll lead medium to large-scale projects—or multiple smaller initiatives—across regions, technologies, and teams. You’ll manage critical timelines, coordinate with third-party vendors, and ensure seamless delivery of Cisco-based solutions with high organizational visibility.

What You’ll Bring

• A university degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of project management experience in a similar industry—ideally within IT or telecommunications
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines
• Experience working in multinational environments and familiarity with local market dynamics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
• Oversee service level agreements and ensure delivery excellence
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with partner service models
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through advanced presentation and negotiation skills
• Support service solution sales and customer engagement
• Guide and oversee other project managers when needed
• Operate independently at remote customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, ESi, or equivalent certification (or currently pursuing)
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Experience in the local market is highly desirable
• Background in deploying Cisco technologies is a plus
