Role Description

We’re looking for a Junior Crypto Trader to join our London team. This is a full-time, on-site position for a motivated individual eager to build a career in digital asset trading and quantitative finance. The Junior Trader will support our trading desk and operations teams in executing trades, managing exchange accounts, monitoring markets, and assisting with daily portfolio operations across multiple trading venues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and monitor institutional exchange and OTC trading accounts
• Execute and reconcile crypto trades across centralized and OTC venues
• Track market activity, liquidity, and order flow for real-time decision support
• Support senior traders in managing risk and ensuring trade accuracy
• Liaise with counterparties and exchanges to maintain seamless trade operations
• Assist in data collection, performance reporting, and operational documentation

Qualifications

• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, and global financial markets
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; confident working with data
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous exposure to crypto exchanges or trading environments is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, or other analytical tools advantageous
