Role Description

We are hiring a Junior Analyst / Researcher to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in finance, data, or digital assets.

The role involves supporting research and analysis across financial and digital asset markets, assisting with data collection and reporting, and working closely with senior team members to generate insights that support investment decisions. No prior hedge fund experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and research across financial and digital asset markets
• Monitor market trends and summarize key developments
• Prepare research notes, reports, and presentations
• Work with datasets, dashboards, and web-based analytics tools
• Support senior analysts and researchers with day-to-day tasks
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data and research
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, or similar)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in finance, markets, crypto, or blockchain (professional experience not required)
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing) in Finance, Economics, Data, Business, STEM, or a related field
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
