    Task objectives and deliverables:

    Context

    AREA42 is looking for a service provider to provide IT support. The main task is to ensure the whole companys IT stack runs smoothly. To monitor and maintain the companys computer systems, installing, and configuring software, and solving technical issues as they arise.

    Objectives

    • Increase security of the IT setup throughout the organisation
    • Optimise the efficiency of the IT setup throughout the organisation
    • Implement best practices throughout the organisation


    Deliverables

    • Provide technical IT support when needed
    • Audit & optimise the AREA42s security setup
    • Perform IT administrative work when needed


    Work Hours, Travel Requirements, Etc.

    • Work up to 3 days for this SoW. As a service provider, you are free to choose when you wish to work with AREA42 or to take holidays.
