AREA42 is looking for a service provider to provide IT support. The main task is to ensure the whole companys IT stack runs smoothly. To monitor and maintain the companys computer systems, installing, and configuring software, and solving technical issues as they arise.

AREA42 is an ecosystem with 3 highly complementary zones: AREA42 innovation community, AREA42 innovation lab, and AREA42 accelerator. Each zone contributes to a successful AREA42 innovation ecosystem.
Our innovation community aims at growing a high-quality network of trusted partners, open to co-innovation and passionate about upgrading trade; the community creates a fertile ground to elaborate and discuss ambitious ideas and concepts.

Context

Objectives
- Increase security of the IT setup throughout the organisation
- Optimise the efficiency of the IT setup throughout the organisation
- Implement best practices throughout the organisation
- Provide technical IT support when needed
- Audit & optimise the AREA42s security setup
- Perform IT administrative work when needed
- Work up to 3 days for this SoW. As a service provider, you are free to choose when you wish to work with AREA42 or to take holidays.
