Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated with all new service and product offerings
- Proactively promote and sell products and services based on customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure the Retail Customer Journey is followed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and billing requests efficiently
- Manage payments and cash transactions securely and accurately
- Maintain and reconcile store inventory and financial records daily
- Collect and verify customer documents in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with all company standards and procedures
