🔹 Retail Sales Executive | UAE Nationals Only 🔹

📍 Location: Sharjah - UAE

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused UAE Nationals to join our team as Retail Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated with all new service and product offerings
  • Proactively promote and sell products and services based on customer needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure the Retail Customer Journey is followed
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and billing requests efficiently
  • Manage payments and cash transactions securely and accurately
  • Maintain and reconcile store inventory and financial records daily
  • Collect and verify customer documents in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and procedures

Requirements

  • UAE Nationals only
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and record management
