Senior Full Stack Developer

We're seeking a backend-focused Fullstack Developer who has mastered the art of building with AI. This isn't just another development role - we need someone who lives and breathes AI-augmented development, using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and v0 as extensions of their thinking. You'll be building our legal tech platform, creating secure client portals and enterprise-grade systems that leverage AI at every level. If you've worked at companies like Replit, Vercel, or similar AI-native organizations, you'll understand exactly how we operate.

• Design and build scalable backend architectures for client/lawyer portals and B2B enterprise systems, with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability
• Deliver end-to-end business value by owning features from conception through deployment, ensuring each release directly impacts user success
• Implement AI-powered workflows including automated document generation, intelligent case evaluation, and conversational interfaces
• Create robust APIs and services using Node.js/TypeScript that power both internal tools and client-facing applications
• Build secure, compliant systems for handling sensitive legal documents, client data, and financial transactions
• Leverage AI development tools extensively to accelerate delivery - from code generation to automated testing to architecture decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex legal workflows into intuitive digital experiences
• Optimize development velocity by selecting and implementing the right tools, frameworks, and AI assistants for each task

• 7+ years of fullstack development experience with strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
• Proven track record of delivering complete features/products end-to-end that drive measurable business outcomes
• Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and backend architecture patterns
• Experience building production-grade APIs with proper error handling, monitoring, and documentation
• Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable)
• Located in Europe or able to travel to Europe on demand
• Extensive daily use of AI development tools - you should be using Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools for 50%+ of your coding
  

• Experience at AI-native companies like Cursor, Replit, Vercel (v0), StackBlitz (bolt.new), Augment, or similar organizations
• Track record building client portals, CRMs, or case management systems with complex permission models
• Experience implementing AI workflows using LLMs for document processing, automation, or intelligent features
• Python knowledge for AI/ML integration and tooling
• Familiarity with legal tech or heavily regulated industries
• Startup experience with comfort wearing multiple hats and driving initiatives independently
