We are seeking a motivated Internal Trainer to lead our training initiatives, ensuring our team has the skills and knowledge needed to excel. What You'll Do:

As the Internal Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering comprehensive training programs. Your role will focus on ensuring staff compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational protocols. You will assess training needs, develop instructional materials, coordinate sessions while maintaining production schedules, and keep detailed training records. From facilitating induction courses to managing certifications like First Aid and forklift operating licenses, you'll play a key role in elevating our workforce’s capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with production leaders, coordinate with external trainers when necessary, participate in factory audits, and represent the company at industry events.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a training role within a manufacturing or similar environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and utilize training software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to motivate and engage learners effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with training management systems
• Trainer or instructional design qualifications
• Knowledge of BRC standards and certifications
• Experience delivering food safety, manual handling, or health & safety training
• Ability to coordinate external training providers

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Training, Human Resources, or similar
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing environments
• Track record of designing and delivering successful in-house training programs

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel occasionally for external training or industry events
• Strong commitment to maintaining accurate training records and certifications
• Flexibility to schedule training sessions around operational needs
