Now the company is looking for a Founding Engineer to join the team. Please note that only candidates based in Europe are currently considered

Tasks:

• Design, build, and scale high-performance distributed systems and microservices.
• Contribute across the stack: backend, frontend, and system architecture.
• Develop robust, efficient solutions with a focus on availability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape technical direction and culture.

Must-have:

• Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Proven experience with both backend and frontend technologies.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-have:

• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Flink).
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Strong background in compilers and operating system concepts.
• Experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
