Now the company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, implement, and integrate AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs) into both internal business applications and customer-facing products
Tasks:
- Design and implement LLM-powered agents that support business processes such as vendor negotiations and workflow automation
- Integrate AI solutions into the company’s platforms and services, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Leverage Azure OpenAI and other cloud-based AI platforms to build secure, enterprise-grade solutions
- Establish guardrails and data security frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible AI use
- Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle: research, prototyping, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
- Stay up to date with the evolving AI/LLM ecosystem and proactively bring innovation into the technology stack
Must-have:
- Proven experience in building and deploying LLM applications in production (Azure experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of AI safety, guardrails, prompt engineering, and data security in enterprise environments
- Solid background in Python and common frameworks/libraries for working with LLMs
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, observability, retraining pipelines)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business problems into technical AI solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
