About the role

We are looking for full-stack engineers who can design, build, and run next-level Generative AI solutions. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with end-to-end ownership of your applications, from discovery and design to deployment and operations. Most work is greenfield and highly exploratory, with a focus on building scalable, reusable components and collaborating closely with internal users to understand real-world processes and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy and operate high-quality, scalable GenAI applications.

• Develop reusable building blocks for teams across the organization.

• Build responsible and cost-efficient GenAI solutions, including chatbots, RAG systems, and document-processing pipelines.

• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to explore problem spaces and shape use cases.

• Automate development, testing, and deployment workflows.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and broader engineering community.

Context

The goal of the team is to explore and evaluate the potential of agentic AI. Work will start with predefined experimental use cases, later expanding toward broader strategy and capability-building. Because this phase is highly exploratory, engineers must be comfortable with uncertainty, shifting priorities, and supporting adjacent GenAI initiatives when needed (e.g., RAG chatbots, Responsible GenAI, Intelligent Document Processing).

Required skills

Programming & Software Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.

• Experience with backend and frontend development, APIs, and software architecture.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (preferably Azure).

• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and development automation.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

AI & Machine Learning

• Solid understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI principles.

• Experience building GenAI applications using modern frameworks, agents, prompting techniques, and LLM APIs.

Advanced GenAI Expertise

• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures.

• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and mitigation practices.

• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (classification, extraction, summarization, validation).

• Familiarity with agentic AI systems including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and autonomous task execution.

• Awareness of the latest trends in GenAI, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation.
