Back End Developer

Bravemind is supporting a leading technology company in the search for a Backend Developer to join a team that is shaping the future of human–machine interaction through AI-driven conversational assistants. This organization is building next-generation virtual agents that transform how people access essential services in sectors such as Healthcare and Financial Services, using natural language as the main interface between humans and technology.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills;
• Professional experience with .NET or Node.js;
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker);
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis;
• Familiarity with development best practices, design patterns, and continuous integration/delivery;
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.

Nice to Have

Experience or knowledge in any of the following will be considered a plus:

• High availability services;
• Security source code analysis;
• Python development;
• Machine Learning or neural networks;
• Kubernetes and Terraform (orchestration and infrastructure as code).
