Application Engineer – Azure Communication & Microsoft Dynamics Integration

Location: Stockholm

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Communication Services, Direct Routing, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration. You will design and implement enterprise communication solutions, integrating CoPilot Bots, AI Builder, Power Platform, and Azure Language Studio to create intelligent, automated customer engagement systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy communication solutions using Azure Communication Services (voice, chat, telephony).
• Configure Direct Routing and integrate CoPilot Bots within Dynamics 365.
• Build contact center architectures leveraging Azure and Dynamics technologies.
• Automate workflows using Power Platform and custom connectors.
• Incorporate AI-driven capabilities via AI Builder and Azure Language Studio.
• Customize and optimise Copilot Studio AI assistants.
• Ensure Azure security and compliance, including PII data handling.
• Collaborate across teams to align solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Azure Communication Services and Direct Routing.
• Strong telephony and SIP trunking background.
• Skilled in Power Platform, AI Builder, and Azure Language Studio.
• Experience integrating CoPilot Studio with Dynamics 365.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Azure CLI).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred:

• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or AI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and agile delivery.
• Experience in customer service or contact center environments.
