Every day, we help our customers send, receive, and grow — with care, precision, and reliability. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: caring, open, and driven to deliver experiences that feel personal and effortless.
At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.
About The Role
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data team.
In this role, you’ll help design and develop the data foundations that drive Omniva’s decisions, products, and operations. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product teams to turn data into meaningful insights that power the company’s growth.
This is an opportunity to be part of Omniva’s transformation, helping shape the future of logistics and technology across the Baltics and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain clean, well-modeled data across logistics and other key business domains
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product teams to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Own your projects end-to-end — from requirements and modeling to validation and delivery
- Contribute to the data platform stack, including pipelines, observability, quality checks, and documentation
- Share ideas, question assumptions, and continuously improve how Omniva works with data
- Strong SQL and analytical skills, with experience building usable and reliable data models
- Experience designing and implementing data models (Star Schema, 3NF, Data Vault)
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT workflows and transformation tools (experience with dbt is a plus)
- Familiarity with Vertica, dbt, and Power BI — with interest in evolving toward cloud-based solutions
- Curiosity about how the business works — you want to understand systems and processes, not just tables
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
At Omniva, we live our values every day.
We care — about our people, our customers, and the world we connect.
We are open — to new ideas, innovation, and learning from each other.
We are trustworthy — we do what we promise and take pride in getting it right.
And we enjoy our work — celebrating progress, teamwork, and shared achievements.
You’ll also benefit from:
- A meaningful role in a growing, technology-driven logistics company
- Hybrid work model and flexible environment
- Health insurance or sports compensation
- Five additional vacation days after two years
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth
